Received the item earlier than expected! It is brand new in box. First day only charged it for 30 minutes and battery was only at 89%, tried using it and it stopped working. Charged it overnight and no problems since a full charge. Love the size of screen and features. Not worth the aggravation...disappointed beyond reasonable.
First thing is, the syncing is unbearably long. It suggests to use wi-fi for faster results but wouldn't accept or recognize my router password! So the long route took over 90 minutes while my phone kept timing out, requiring me to stand by to keep it activated. Secondly, the initial sync mode lasted less than 72 hours, requiring to sync again! Second time connected and lasted about an hour! Have not tried to sync again since as I am already old and refuse to waste my remaining time on nonsense! Consequently I have a nice looking, lightweight watch that runs 3 minutes slow with no clock set. My pulse meter runs fast, though at this point I can guess why. I don't even want to know my blood pressure reading, so I'm glad it didn't come with one! My oxygen level is off the charts, though that ... First thing is, the syncing is unbearably long. Lastly the band is a bit of a pain but only deal with it occasionally when showering or charging. All said, I would not recommend, even as just a time piece, which I intend to keep using as such, for awhile. If I wanted a watch offset, I would prefer preset a few minutes fast. A $10 Timex would have sufficed more efficiently!

Love my Fitbit Versa 3
This is my first Fitbit. It was very easy to set up and has loads of features that come with it. I still haven't had time to use every feature yet, but I find new things everyday. Changing the band was super easy and there are so many options for bands.

Versa 3 some good new features, some not so great improvements
Having had a Versa2, we thought this would be easier for me to monitor cardio issues. NOT. I much prefer my old one and it’s charging system to the new one with a MUCH shorter cord that is magnetic and latches on to all sorts of things good and bad (iPad, earrings, lamp poles, even the dog’s collar and my CPAP among other things). Band is cheaper but it also seems to stay charged longer and it does not keep lighting up at night startling me and the dog both!Having had a Versa2, we thought this would be easier for me to monitor cardio issues. Great watch, easy to read, easy to scroll. Love the exercise options with choices of hike, weights, walk, circuit training, bike, elliptical, golf, etc. Weather option via wi-fi, lots of good stuff. Battery is about five days, easy to charge when you are sitting watching TV. You want to log your sleep at night, as this is the most important feature. Great watch for all your needs.
