We indicated to buyer several times and is also included in listing that the Makita impact drivers we sell are designed for the EU market. Makita has factories in several different countries. We even sent the buyer a link to the tool on the Makita site with model number. Buyer thought he was buying model TD173 when listing said clearly indicated DTD173

The seller not honest in his description of product, He said its official Makita impact driver but when I received I found that its copy and not official and not made in Japan as per his description. This is cheating and fraud

This is another buyer who did not read the listing or model number. We sell the DTD173 Makita impact and buyer thought he was buying TD173. Makita has many factories in many countries. We encourage people to please do their do diligence and understand the different models Makita makes and the differences before making a purchase.
