I ordered this book for my husband for our anniversary. In the description, it says this book looks close to new . When I received it, it had been damaged by USPS (it was packed in a padded envelope, not a box). I contacted the seller and sent pictures, but because she had included postage and the listing clearly stated no returns, she is unwilling to help. I am extremely disappointed. The seller never recommended insurance.

I am so sorry, but once it leaves my home, unless you buy insurance, there's nothing I can do. I did try to help my going to the post office and requesting help for the buyer, but they said they couldn't do anything as the buyer didn't buy ins. I'm so sorry it was damaged! :(

I bought a set of six Anne of Green Gables books for my wife as a surprise gift for her library. She was ecstatic. The books were true to the pictures included on the auction and we're in very good condition. I would definitely buy from this seller again. The books were packaged carefully and securely and arrived at a reasonable time. Thank you!

Ahhhh! Yay!!! I am so happy she enjoyed them! Anne Shirley was my hero as a child, and still is as an adult. Thank you for sharing this with me - you're welcome back anytime! :)
