About this product

Product Information

Futuristic billiards awaits you in Lunar Pool. As one might expect, the rules have changed. To start, you have three spare balls (similar to "extra lives" in an action game) that can be lost either by (1) shooting the cue ball into the pocket or (2) a pool ball is not sunk after three consecutive shots.

Whenever you clear a screen, however, you will gain a spare ball. This can also be achieved by executing a perfect game. Whenever the cue ball is scratched, the game will go back to the preceding shot. Your game ends when all of your spare balls have been lost, the ultimate goal being to score as many points as possible.

  • Lunar Pool

Unique type of pool game. Many different styles of pool tables. Aiming takes a bit too long. But it is a still a pool game, and I like pool, so I play it.

  • Lunar Pool....One of Nintento's great NES games

Lunar Pool is one of the best games I played on Nintendo back in the 90's. I thought it was last forever till I saw it on here, so glad to have found this game again

  • Lunar Pool

Very creative game, all kinds of weird tables and shapes. I think I still prefer playing pool on the normal table.
