Very satisfied with TV Email updates of shipping, tracking number, and delivery. Transport company called day before to tell me they would be delivering and would call when on their way. Did find TV for $40 less ($649) at Costco & Best Buy as soon as I ordered.

While I wish the stand had worked, it was not the seller's fault and they did everything right on the refund.
