Don't fall for another Gimmic
Don't waste your money, they do not work. Because this industry is so unregulated,they keep throwing out gimmics to "help you sleep better." This is not a magic bullet to better sleep! Where the product is very easy to use they do not adhere very well, they do not promote better sleep nor do they help reduce tiredness. Obviously this is my experience and because we all have different metabolisms may work for other individuals. Take a shot of whiskey instead!Don't waste your money, they do not work.
