item was as described, arrived well-packed in perfect condition very quickly. initially thought shipping cost high but size box was needed to adequately cushion the fragile item. no communication with the seller - I contacted him seeking assurance the item would be well-packed, got no reply but none was needed, would have been nice to get a 'no worries' though. Thrilled to get this as replacement for treasured ornament that broke this year.

This seller, did not send the all items pictured in the online auction. When I received the package, there was one egg missing and a rock in its place. I immediately contacted the seller to share my dissappointment, as there was a "no returns accepted" policy. His response was weak. He claimed he lost the egg and did not intend to decieve me. Why then would he put a rock in the box to make it a collection of 8 as listed? He offered me a refund, to which I declined. I told him to ship the egg!!!
