    Great Book

    I bought this prior to bariatric surgery as it was recommended by one of my Facebook groups. It was difficult to find-mostly I saw this book only for the kindle. I was happy to find it in soft cover. Lots of good information.

    Must read before surg

    I bought this book prior to bariatric surgery, i think there were some very good advise andi think the book gave you tools on thinking ahead. This is one of the books i would reccomend.
