The rareanduniquestore was very professional. I was bidding on a turntable and lost at in the last min. So I went looking and bought a pioneer from them that was more expensive than the kenwood I wanted. I then received a message from them letting me know that I had the highest bid on the kenwood did I still want it? Of course I said yes and they promptly refunded me the difference. I have received it and it works perfectly. They didn't have to do that. Would have no problem buying again!!!
