Das Keyboard Model S Professional for Mac is a mechanical keyboard that is specifically designed to be used with Apple computers. It works with the Mac OS and comes with several Mac-specific features, such as the Option and Command keys along the bottom. This full-size wired keyboard lets you type comfortably, with gold contacts on the keys for ease of use. It also features an enhanced layout that includes a number pad to the right. Das Keyboard Model S Professional for Mac utilizes Cherry MX blue key switches that are gold-plated for user comfort. Instead, each key’s inscription has been laser-etched onto it to prevent fading even with consistent use. For Mac users who prefer to customize their keyboards, the keys are also compatible with KVM switches, which means you can switch them out as you’d like. Special function keys along the top of the mechanical keyboard enable you to perform certain commands with the touch of a button, from adjusting your music’s volume to pausing your current song. Whether you’re watching a video, listening to a new album, or spending a few hours gaming, these function keys allow you to control your computer much more easily. Five-key rollover means that your keystrokes are registered correctly, even if you’re pressing multiple keys at a time. This results in more accuracy when you type and is also useful in video games where multiple keys must be held down at once.
