I was on the fence about buying a new, unbranded LSI chipset card vs used. After seeing some of the Art of Server's videos, I thought I'd give it a try. After receiving the card, I expect to be a repeat customer. These old cards are a bit power hungry (about 10-15w), but the heatsink isn't getting very hot. Performance is great.
