I sent photo proof, but the seller insisted it was impossible and denied the mistake. After opening an eBay case, they agreed to send a replacement — but never followed through. I waited, followed up, and still nothing. Very disappointing experience. We maintain a level of quality control and don't blindly accept used returns without inspecting it. As such, we will be letting ebay resolve this customer's fraudulent activities.
