        Ordered my fascinator on the 17th of June as my son gets married on 28th. Was told it would be delivered by 26th and its not. Contacted seller and was told I won't be refunded as its the couriers problem. I have no need for a fascinator after the wedding and have had to purchase another one elsewhere. Frankly I found her messages and attitude awful.

        The order was sent in the estimated time that shows when ordering item, after then it is down to the delivery service to fulfill their side of delivery. I found this buyer to be very disrespectful in every way when I was trying to explain about the item if the item hasn't arrived and I get proof of this a full refund will be issued. just because we sell on eBay we are not robots behind the scenes we are human beings and don't accept bullying.
