I repaired it my self ( $ 25 ) for a new wheel. I did message the seller .. No response back so no good at communication ..deft going on my do not buy list .I wish seller Good Luck

The seller was not very responsive but they do say in the description that they may take some time to respond. In my case I needed to update the shipping address and while I messaged them immediately upon purchase, there was no response and so it went to an old address that I needed to coordinate around.
