    The seller shipped promptly and I received the shipment early. The items were packaged well but there had been some rough handling enroute. The contents were well-protected and the items I checked appeared to be in working order. Unfortunately, only five of the six cd cartridges were sent. I preferred and was expecting to receive a partial refund. However, the seller asked that the items be returned. I sent the items back this morning. I wish the seller had contacted me directly.

    A phenomenal product and an affordable price!

    When you consider Bose, you have to look at the price as an investment which will retain its value over the years not as a end unto itself. I had owned an earlier model of this item and was astounded with the depth of the bass and the clarity of the treble. It is as close to live entertainment as it comes. The only problem I had with this particular item was my system has Real-Tech speakers which use bluetooth to connect to my mobile phones. The set up was very easy. However, until I realized that I had to add a device to direct my music through. Once I did this, my problem was solved. I greatly appreciate the seller's careful packaging and replies to my inquiry. Thanks again!
