    This item failed after 3 days. I have contacted the seller, via E BAY and was sent a link to restore it. I took the link and pad to my son in law who works in IT and has an Apple phone. We tried for an hour to try the link but nothing seems to work. I have now given up. I am reminded that it is not up to me to fix the problem that was bought as new in good faith. The i pad is now back in its box and I now require a refund and a return address. Your attention to this would be appreciated

    No communication from the buyer after sending them a link on how to fix said error at all. What can I do if the buyer does not respond? This could have been sorted if any communication was received.
