      Purchase from as far away as NZ was unusual but the postage options etc were promptly given and the book bought, which arrived after only 2 weeks or so, and in excellent condition - thanks seller and postal services! If I hadn't been so keen to get the book - and now delighted with it - the post alone ~ NZ$100 might have been an obstacle. Fortunately I am rarely tempted to spend so many $$$ for one book so took my chances with delivery etc. Glad I did - book at least as good as described.
