        great price and works perfectly!

        I did without a remote for a long time because I was too cheap to spend $100+ to replace the original opener. I was skeptical of this one but figured I would take a chance for the price. What a pleasant surprise when it not only arrived quickly but was easy to program and worked perfectly. (battery included)

        Purchased three "Genie" garage door openers for about $20 apiece. Only one of these three actually work. They will synch with the opener but only work for 2 or 3 times before having to re- do the Learn Code set up all over again. I changed the batteries in the two that do not work but no luck. Very frustrating. They look pretty good though. My garage door repairman said that these are no longer being manufactured so my choices are limited unless I want to buy two entirely new garage door opening systems.

        Very nice, like new, condition. worked well.

        Just what I needed. take out of box, new battery, door opener learned code, put on car visor in perfect working order. very pleased. As a retired engineer, I recommend using any remote with a 12 volt battery, even if it has to be an older one. This type of battery has the power to work at 150+ ft., not like the watch battery type with only a 50 ft. range. An oldie but goodie.

        Perfect replacement

        This is a perfect replacement for our broken remote. I was able to swap out the internals and now we're ready to go and for fraction of the cost of a brand new remote

        Works from a distance

        We also have the very small Genie openers, which work well, but must be within 50 feet of the door. These larger openers, however, work from 150 feet or slightly more, which is a big help because the door is open before we reach our garage, which means we can just push the button while we are moving and never have to stop until we get out of our cars in the garage.
