Like the other reviews have mentioned, the box was missing the hair screw tool and wand storage clip, but I contacted the seller after who shipped it out promptly with no charge. I recommend Dyson refurbished products as they are basically the same as new. I paid about $450 for the Dyson V15 detect which would have retailed for over $850 brand new.

In my case I contacted the seller and a couple days later I received (what looks like) a brand new Hair Screw Tool. The clip was out of stock but they said they’d send it later. The vacuum itself arrived in great condition (for being refurbished) and works amazingly well. I upgraded to the V15 from a V10 that I also purchased refurbished 5 years ago and it was still working great.

However, the product works perfectly fine and was throughly cleaned before I received it. My package was missing the hair screw tool so I reached out to Dyson and after a week I received the hair screw tool . Overall, great purchase!

The cosmetic condition is very bad (heavily used with scratches all over remote and bottom of fan. Packaging was also horrible with barely any protection / seal (They ship directly with the refurbished dyson brown box) with just three pieces of tape sealing the box. Overall I am very disappointed in Dyson's refurbished outlet on eBay.
