When I contacted the seller about getting it shipped on the same day I bought it, I was told that UPS had already picked up for the day. The seller tracked the UPS driver down and got it shipped in time for me to receive it the next day. Where I'm from, that's called customer service! Communication was great. You'll have no problems here. I would give 10 stars if I could. On top of all that, they had the best price on Ebay. I highly recommend them!!!

Instead of a nice soft color, pictured and DESCRIBED as CREAM, the color is actually a yellowy color. The blanket was stuffed in a taped-up plastic sleeve making it easily susceptible to damage in transit and difficult to get open without risk of damage, but the item was shipped promptly which I greatly appreciate. Disappointing to my eye but a subjective color problem so I rated the seller positive.
