    I did not receive a power cord with the printer. I cannot plug it into the wall outlet. I have contacted the seller & they are nonresponsive regarding the absence of the power core-just sending me a copy to the shipping label. There is no dispute about receiving the printer--but I cannot use it without the cord that plugs the printer to the wall. Not impressed with their service. It was purchased as a new item-I cannot understand why there is no power cord.
