Seller was out of the gold watch and substituted another silver but then added a very nice pen and a commemorative box to make up for not having the gold. This was more than fair.     The clock was very securely packaged, and we received it in about a weeks time, shipping from California to Maine. The Westminster chime rings as described, but the hourly chime will need a bit of adjustment to bring it back online, not surprising for a clock shipped that far. It's a lovely clock, and it was sold at a fair price. We are quite happy with our purchase.
