    I am not rating the device. As far as I am concern, the device is the cheapest crap made. That is why I needed a new one. The one that I bought here was as far as I know:new. I was buying a preowned but I am sure that it is new. I am happy with that

    Not happy with this purchase

    This was a used product, not new. It was described as an open box. The batteries were in it and leaking acid had to be cleaned up to make it work in new batteries.
