It could have been packaged with more protection but it arrived undamaged and 1 week + 2 days after purchase. Item was new in box (I don't think Sony is sealing these recyclable packaging), and exactly as advertised except for it being the 512GB storage version instead of the 256GB, which is a very happy accident as far as I'm concerned.
