    Dishonest/manipulative. Paid twice as much as the going price for this blu-ray because their listing used a non-stock photo of one featuring an undamaged slipcover. Item arrived without slipcover, and contacted seller asking if they forgot or misplaced it. Despite the photo of their listing having been mentioned, seller went on to gaslight me claiming they "never indicated a slipcover was part of this item." Was offered a partial refund. Denied; silence. Song and dance through eBay support now.

    "Nobody gets rich by shipping and returning." Didn't even see this message that came alongside the partial refund offer (and that's after refusing to even acknowledge the listing photo). Hard narcissism and foreshadowing for buyers that might be misled in the future. eBay fixed this almost instantly for me after asking them to step in.
