I PUT IN A CLAIM BUT UPS SAID THEY WOULD ONLY PAY THE SHIPPER, NOT ME, THE INTENDED RECEIVER. AFTER NUMEROUS CALLS AND HOURS SPENT TRYING TO TALK TO SOMEONE AT UPS, THE SELLER WAS FINALLY REIMBURSED BY UPS AND IN TURN REIMBURSED ME FOR UPS'S ERROR.
