It isn't much larger than the Keurig we were using but replaces it AND the traditional pot we used when we had company. This morning I made the first pot of caffeinated and it is wonderful. There are still some things we need to figure out like, it only made 12 cups of coffee when I was anticipating 14 and I can't find any way to indicate 14. Also, it would be so helpful if the controls were lighter/contrasted in color. Very hard for old eyes to see.

It also came with a mat for protection! :)
