This is one of the best packaging experiences I've ever had; they wrapped the china in paper, then packed pieces in boxes, then placed those boxes in a big box--with more paper. The original item description was inaccurate; the description mentioned ten items, but there were eight. It also said that the dishes had no cracks or chips, but two of the eight dishes were chipped. I have sent multiple messages, but except for an initial response that the seller would follow-up with the person who packed the items, I have not received a response. On a positive note, the dishes were actually well packed and the package arrived quickly.
