I contacted the seller, and they offered me to either send it back, or take a 15% refund. My plans were to use the warming base for a large chafing dish, so I went with the refund. The refund went fast, and I am using the base now. It is good quality, brand new in the box, and the price was very reasonable. very nice item. I may still use the original trays later on.

The item arrived with a "reconditioned:" sticker. This was clearly misrepresented in the item listing. I attempted to cancel the purchase within seconds of hitting the buy now button because I wanted new and not open box. My request was refused because the seller had "already shipped" the item. Another clear misrepresentation. I won't buy from this type of seller in the future.

Listed the reason for the return, seller emailed a fed ex prepaid return, took the package to a fed ex location and off it went.
