Putting a single piece of packing paper inside of a too large box let it bounce around and cave in. While the shipping company bears responsibility for the state of the package, the seller needs to give the item the best chance of making the trip intact. Seeing as it’s a gift for a kid, and the item inside is ok, I will accept this. If I was a collector, I’d return it

Furthermore the item purchased is described as a ‘Chase Collectible’ and the item received is not the Chase variant, what I received is not the item I ordered & not in an acceptable condition.
