    The best, most finest, gourmet, delectable salt, I ever run my tongue across?

    It dissolves like snow on your tongue. Nice taste and texture. It's hard to describe how good it is. Very fluffy and light. It's got a delicate bite which quickly disappears. Not like rock salt which overpowers everything. This stuff costs a pile for salt but it's soooo worth it. I would never use this except to season meats or add a kick to veggies and such due to price. Heck, you can easily get a 50lbs bag of salt for 40 bucks so this is stuff only a chef or someone in the know uses to blow their recipes out of the water. Try the smallest containers if you aren't sure and then you will buy a couple pounds of it. This is now on my must have list. The VALUE is totally there, I just can't put it in words that would really give it justice. Hats off to the maker.

    It's the flavor!

    This salt won my unofficial taste test because it's mild and has a deep taste, rather than a sharp metallic too-salty bite. It makes everything taste better. And buying it in bulk is a great deal. I spread it in a baking pan and dry it out in the oven, then cool and whirl in my blender to break down those big beautiful pyramid crystals so they're small enough to put in my shakers.

    Best Sea Salt!

    If you haven't tried Maldon Sea Salt yet, now is the time to try it. It is the best tasting sea salt ever, with just the right flake to it, not large crystals that need grinding, but lovely flaky salt to use in cooking and on your plate. I can't live without it, and to find it in these big tubs is such a godsend. Thank you!!
