The seller was helpful and responsive, and they kindly swapped in an ink color of my choice. Everything was well packaged. The ink cartridge was preloaded in the pen, so there was a bit of ink when I opened it, which I didn’t expect, but it’s a small grumble and I appreciate that it was tested. Overall, a very positive experience. I’ll check back to see what else the seller has listed.
