      The item was never delivered to my address. I communicated with the seller that I never received the package. The pictures show the package delivered to a different building, not my address. Their response was for me to reach out to the carrier they chose and I have never heard of. The carrier is in China, I am in the US. I was denied a refund by eBay. I gave a good address where I receive many packages daily. The seller's carrier failed to deliver, and the seller took no responsibility.
