The glass doors was smashed. I immediately notified the seller. Within 30 minutes I received reply. I sent photos as proof and to allow the seller to claim against courier. He apologised and immediately refunded me. This is seller that understands eBay and the service expected by buyers. Excellent communication, customer service and resolution. Excellent Ebayer.
