        As new at a great price!

        This was an excellent buy! Just as it was advertised, practically new, I would say; and it came in its original box and packaging, too! It works like charm in my Mac mini late 2014 using a thunderbolt 2 cable and a TB2 to TB3 apple's adapter and a MSI Radeon RX Vega 56 graphics card.
