      In good shape and fully functional, with the exception of one broken push-button on the side, but I bought this for repair parts and I could probably find a way to fix the button if I ever needed to. If, however, I had purchased this to easily and quickly replace a previous Thermostat, I probably would have returned it and looked for one that wasn't damaged.

      Ok but not great

      Works with carrier system. Buttons are a bit more worn then i hoped they would be but still better than the ridiculous price carrier wants for the thermostat.

      Works like new saved over $1000.

      The old thermostat heat button broke off inside and could not be fixed, the replacement works like new. alternative was a new digital thermostat costing over $1600. The replacement was excellent.

      Super Easy to Install

      HVAC guy said a new thermostat would run about $1,000. I hesitated to spend that much on a 12-year-old unit. He recommended checking EBAY. This one works perfectly and it was simply a matter if pulling the old unit off and snapping this one on.
