    I wanted the original factory remote exactly like the one that came with my TV when it was new. I have tried so called "factory" spec replacement and "universal" remote controlls in the past and have never had one that worked 100%. This seller really delivered! I received the remote faster than promised, in like new condition, and it's the real thing..a Vizio remote controll and the same as the one that came with the TV when it was new. All the buttons work as intended and I am pleased.

    Most importantly, the remote works with my T.V. , my only complaint is that it had a huge scratch down the middle , but it did not affect how the remote works. I received it in a timely manner. Next time I would just just disclose any scratches or damage to exterior.
