It's exactly what I needed it's not gonna go on the stem but it is gonna go by the front fender where the bolts on underneath the fork. So I'm very happy about this and I can't wait to send this out for chrome plating and get it back. So I asked for a return, I was send instructions. I carefully packed the item with better package protection than the way it was received. But still the seller deducted $6.00 because "it was not returned in the original condition". if there is a restock fee, please indicate in the item description.Reply from: qosmox- Feedback replied to by seller qosmox.- Feedback replied to by seller qosmox.The buyer specified return reason "ordered by mistake", so i deducted 6$ shipping fee. You make mistake u pay round shipping fees. Also the gps was opened and history log showed it was used in England . Unfair feedback by malicious buyer.
