Even their own support people way to help was to send out a service tech I would then have to pay for that service plus the cable. This worked perfect thank you thank you what a relief that this worked.

And since I threw it in the garbage because it was too short , I can't take a new photo to post on here to prove I got taken . I went to Walmart and got what I needed .
