    Arrived promptly. The adapter was tested with a multimeter and outputs 9.2V to 9.3V (nominal 9V) which is not bad. It supplies up to 5A which is perfect to feed the 12V peltier for a DIY special fan. Peltiers should receive at most 75% of their rated voltage so the heat doesn't invade the cold side. The 9.3V out of the peltier's 12V is 77.5% which is acceptable. Thanks for a nice transaction!
