The service it self was fine. The product however, was a joke. Holes did not lineup. Cable was too short to hook up for the back lights. The bracket that was sent with it does not fit on the motorcycle at all. The only way I got it to work was using the luggage rack bracket that I had. Having instructions would have been nice, instead of a blurry picture that didn’t match the item that I purchased at all. I had to use my own bolts and nuts to get it to fit on the bike.
