Jon knows these CD-changers best, and he did a great job fixing mine. If you go for the repair service, please send in the WHOLE UNIT, face plate, tape player, CD Changer... It helps them test the unit. I learned that the hard way... Thanks again for fixing my CD Changer! Good outfit to work with!

They contacted me via email to verify the replacement was the correct unit for my vehicle. They also responded promptly to every email I sent. I would purchase from them again.
