Swanson Premium Brand Saw Palmetto is a great product for a good price as are most Swanson products. Thanks for taking the effort to make a good item that many people need for a better life. A lot of men could improve their time here by taking this product for prostate health. And Swanson makes this product to be not so expensive to purchase so there is little excuse for not taking it. The American Indians first discovered Saw Palmetto when they noticed that their livestock feeding on it were more fertile as a result. They have been using it probably for millenia and are still using it. So it is not only good for humans but also the animal kingdom! I have been taking it for twenty plus years and can tell especially if I stop taking it that things get worse for me; for example go ... I'm a diabetic patient after I take saw palmetto not only just help improve my prostate, it also help me to improve my diabetic condition by regulate my sugar level. Cause for diabetics have to take medication name of "Matformin" this drug will cause diarrhoea in the middle of the night and cause me to me more tired and inconvenient as well.
