    Easy replacement ,works great!

    Just take the old one off and compare the part to the enclosed instructions. In my case I needed to use the plastic piece they supply with the carb. One note: You will need a special tool to adjust the high /low and no instructions are included as to how to adjust the carburator. I needed to make a slight adjustment to get things working correctly.

    Touchy adjustment but very functional.

    Good fit and function. A little hard to adjust but it worked well after adjusting it. The adjustment screw, there was only one for the low-speed fuel flow, was touchy: a small turn made a big difference and the saw would run in only one very small arc of the adjustment. Overall, a very good value.

    Carb kit for 19 year old craftsman chain saw works great.

    Without the added adapter carb. would not work. Had no problem installing and fuel linkage works find without binding, Satisfied customer.

    Replacement better than expected

    Not exactly what I was expecting. There were no brand labels for future reference and it appears to be an upgraded model of the CQ1 I was expecting but I hope it will be a good backup carb.
