Poor/no communication with mfr on initial shipping/tracking. Package missing crucial bracket. Took several days to get bracket shipped. Bracket did not work with my Q5 even though the kit is advertised to work with my model Q5. I was told they did not have a unique bracket for the Q5. I proceeded to create my own adapter in order to complete the intercooler install. Mfr agreed to a partial refund and then refused a couple days later. I was then informed that they did have a unique Q5 bracket.

Both us and airtec have been repyling to you every time trying to assist Airtec have sent you two different brackets to fit your vehicle from the UK to the USA each time You asked for a £100 refund to get a bracket made locally but wouldn't supply an invoice
