This license frame is top notch quality. Made in Taiwan, I believe a long time ago judging by the packaging but absolutely like new. Has much more heft without being to heavy-- then a gold full size frame I bought on eBay. Also is plated gold on the front and back. Really nice piece. Glad I found it and glad the Seller has them for sale.

Shipping time was great and the purse appeared to be in good condition when it was shipped out, but the purse was really bent and creased because of the way it was packed. I wish that the bubble wrap used to pack it had also been placed *inside* the purse. I can't really carry it around in its current condition -- It will take time and effort to straighten it out.
