It arrived with a hole in the print, damaged in transit. Also the colors seem washed out. Can you print it again with deeper colors, less faded looking? Or is that a faithful reproduction? Can you mail it again in a sturdier container? I’ll help with shipping costs as it seems only fair.

Item arrived in one piece but the packaging could have definitely been better as most of the tape was no longer on the box. The print itself is blurry and washed out, it almost look like the picture in the auction was blown up and printed. The wrap on the canvas is subpar. This was to be a Xmas present for my wife so if she doesn't like it I'm going to just have to eat the cost of this and remember to not order anything from this vendor again.
