Before I bought it I asked though if it was the clamp with the yellow pads or the one with the black pads, because the product image showed 2 different clamps. The seller said it was the yellow model. I received the black model. (note: other differences aside from color). The return was no hassle and every communication was positive with the seller.

    not so ahso

    tastes just like what I get from my favorite Chinese restaurant but it completely cleaned out my digestive system. had my colonoscopy the week before so this wasn't a help.

    Great for spare ribs!

    Put ribs in large pot covered 1" over with water, add 1/4 cup soy sauce, bring to a boil and simmer for about 1-1/2 hrs. Let cool in hot water, remove and wrap in foil and refrigerate for as many as 4-5 days. While cold separate ribs, cover cookie sheet with foil, slather ribs with Ah-So, broil on High for about 8 min. (until charred) turn ribs, slather again, broil for about 6 min. (until charred). Enjoy!

    Yummy sauce. Every recipe you find with this sauce, when it says let cool. Do it. I tried to check to make sure it was fully cooked and was splashed with scalding sauce.
