  • Highly underrated album...

Most people point out Club Ninja, Mirrors, or Imaginos as BOC's worst albums, but i disagree. Yeah, sure, the sound isnt the same as their early productions (its no Secret Treaties) but still... Bands change and mature over time and this CD is quite similar to Imaginos in sound. Buck's guitar work remains amazing throughout the album and Eric's vocals compliment most of the songs. Of all the songs, only a few are notably weak, with the best tracks being the first few on the album. I bought this album expecting it to be poor, due to other reviews i had previously read. Understand that this album does not sound like early BOC, but still, its definately worth buying if you can get your hands on it. Club Ninja was relatively hard for me to find, but I am glad I made the purchase.

  • Different Cult, but very good

Not a headbangers CD, but most of the songs are very good rock with a harmonic balance between the music and the vocals. I have the LP (Hey, I'm not really that old), but that is kind of hard to play in the truck and my turntable is history. I had the tape but wore it out. It is that good. Perfect Water, Rock Not War, and Dancing in the Ruins are my favs.
