That's not true. Customer received the item as verified by UPS tracking which is still available online. Here's the tracking number 1ZV2F6046728991260. Seller contacted buyer to verify receiving the item but buyer never responded. Honesty is very important. This buyer should learn that instead of making false statement.

Its a good deal but doesn't seem like it holds a charge for very long. And something is loose in it rattling around in the unit itself. But other than that it gets the job done and is very convenient.
